Our Story

Built on the Border, Built to Last

Inco Group Co. Inc. was founded in 1994 in Pharr, Texas by Jose Ignacio Sanchez and Iker Urquiola. Located just 1.5 miles (2.4km) from the Pharr International Bridge, we have spent three decades serving produce exporters who need a reliable cold chain partner on the US side of the border.

We remain privately owned — a deliberate choice that keeps us agile, accountable, and focused entirely on our clients. Our mission is simple: the cold is the highest quality. Temperature stability and precision air flow are not optional extras; they are the foundation of everything we do.

Jose Ignacio Sanchez and Iker Urquiola establish Inco Group Co. Inc. in Pharr, Texas — just minutes from the US–Mexico border.
